to Negotiate Your Best Deal
(Whether
you are the Buyer or the Seller) |
- First
of all be realistic. Know the value of what you are buying
or selling. Get the comparables.

If you are selling, know the strengths and weakness of
your property.
- Know
your motivation. Set your goals, and follow your course.
- Dont
let emotions get in the way.
- Be
reasonable. Remember there is a lot of gray in life, nothing
is black & white.
- Negotiation,
more than anything is give and take. Every one wants
to win, so try to reach a compromise that makes that possible.
- My
buzzwords are, "Life is a negotiation."
- Have
a good, strong agent who understands how to negotiate
to represent you.
